This is The Effort Point table. Here you can see the EP given during each raid.



Mass Ep award (Recurring 30m)


Aware Ep per Boss: 20/25 Ep

Aware Ep per First kill: 200% of the value



People who are "confirmed", but do not have a spot for a raid will get an additional ep award.

Award/30m during raid.



(This award is sensitive of changes)



The recurring will start at 21:00 for the people inside Ulduar.



Penalty

The penalty system will work in this way.

If at 20:50 you are not inside Ulduar. -50 EP. ( if you need to go Afk stick in follow to someone)

If at 21:00 you are still not inside. -50EP. ( First pull here)

IF you do not show for 21:15 you will get an additional penalty of -100.



20:50 ---- -50

21:00 ---- -50

21:15 ---- -100



So if you are really late/don’t show you will get -200

If you are “confirmed” and have a problem to log and stay inside for 20:50 send an IG letter/whisper to Telum/Diablus/Vasquack , [size=18]be sure they know your problem.An IG letter at 20:00 won’t be read. A whisper without any reply it’s not Enough.Moreover if you are coming late we are not going to waste more time with a summon you MUST log out outside the instance if you want to join raid without getting replaced

Moreover. Coming late once can happen for a net/traffics problem, can happen. Of course you will get your penality, since the raid was waiting for you, but “Oh my God” this can happen once so do not worry

I would like members share each other Msn or Skype address, so if you have any problem which don’t allow you to log for a message you have some other way. (People from the same Nation could even share cell number!!!)Why not )

Telum, how about adding a new forum for reporting being late and such? Or making a sticky for people to respond in (instead of people randomly posting)
That way before raid (or even during it) we all know where to try to report our problems without the mentioned problem of "I tried to whisper vasquack but he was afk".
